How can I properly install a custom made Windows 7 theme?
Friday, November 20th, 2009I just installed Windows 7 onto my laptop and so I went off in search of some good themes for me to use.
I have found a couple but they aren’t installing to the effect that screen shots promised they would.
Is there a proper way to install a 3rd party (custom) theme for Windows 7? Or are the screenshots with the cool looking windows and menus just hocus pocus to get the download numbers up?
