Windows 7 Setup could not get windows working on this computer hardware?
I’ve done allot of windows install with my Laptop Satellite A300. Now the crap thing i am facing is the compatibility with Windows 7. After all install is successful, the final bit where it says “completion installation” it says “Windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computers hardware”. I tried other setup files, even retail versions of Windows 7 ultime crap and got nothing out of it but the same problem exists.
I’ve tried windows upgrade advisor and all there is. The problem still exists.

Hello!
It sounds like you have a hardware compatibility issue. Install your previous OS, then download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor, available from the Microsoft Download Center here– http://bit.ly/4C8qem . Additional information can be found at the Windows 7 Compatibility Center here– http://bit.ly/4uZDu2 . Hope this helps

You have checked with the Windows upgrade advisor, and made sure your computer is compatible with a Windows 7 upgrade? Have you tried a system restore and checked your drivers? Here are some troubleshooting tips to finish the installation on your computer:.
Let me know how these work!
